Paula has been FC’s Human Resource Director since 1998. She recruits new staff, guides the selection process, helps make staffing decisions, serves as a staff liaison/negotiator/coach, and oversees staff training and development.

She has worked in six different Campus Crusade ministry divisions since 1971: Campus Crusade World Headquarters, Campus Ministry, Agape International Training (cross cultural/ministry training), Business/Professional Ministry, and Josh McDowell Ministry as Affiliate Staff Director helping give leadership to two international trips per year.

Paula likes traveling internationally and sampling the cuisine of various countries. She grew up riding and tending to horses and still enjoys the chance to go horseback riding. She oversees the care of her 92 year old mother who lives in an assisted care facility, spending quite a bit of time in the geriatric world.

Paula : She was in a precision dance team called the Apache Belles for NFL football games throughout the U.S. while attending Tyler Junior College for two years. She even received college credit for this intellectual endeavor.
