Since 2002, Paul has been a member of FC’s International Operations team, helping recruit and equip university professors to use their platform as professors to speak in strategic universities around the world. He also coordinates the development training resources and other materials related to international faculty ministry. Both Paul and Noelle have ministries of evangelism and discipleship among faculty and friends in their local community.
Noelle has been on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ since 1975. Paul joined Campus Crusade in 1976. Before their marriage in 1984, Noelle served in various leadership roles on local Campus Crusade Campus Ministry teams. Together, they served with Campus Crusade's high school and Soviet Union ministries before joining Faculty Commons in 1996.
Paul and Noelle and their four children live in Columbia, South Carolina. Noelle's main responsibility is training the next generation of leaders through homeschooling their children. She also founded and runs the local homeschool debate club. Noelle enjoys teaching individuals and families how to improve their health through nutrition. Paul's hobbies include working out, doing home repairs, and reading to their children. A fifth child, Julia, passed away from a heart defect in 1993 and is now romping in heaven.
