Serving: Purdue University and available to speak at other universities in the Midwest

Prior to joining the staff of FC, Paul completed a M.A. in Philosophy at Talbot School of Theology, La Mirada, California in December 2003. Paul and Ethel are beginning a new assignment with FC's Academic Initiative ministry team at Purdue University in Indiana. They have previously served in the CCC Campus Ministry at Miami of Ohio in Oxford, Ohio.

They have three preschool children—two boys and a girl, so they are constantly on the run, taking care of everyone. Their growing family loves to hike, read, or just spend time together.

Paul: B.A., Accountancy, Miami of Ohio, Oxford; M.A., Philosophy, Talbot School of Theology.

Ethel: B.S., Psychology, University of Texas.

Paul: The Abolition of Man by C.S. Lewis.

Ethel: The Laird Inheritance by George McDonald.

Paul: Made $30 in 8th grade teaching break dance lessons in his basement.

Ethel: Went through 51 hours of labor for her first child while Paul read "All Quiet on the Western Front".
