Personal
Information

Dave and Beth joined FC in 1981, one year after the ministry was founded. Through the years, they have both served in a variety of leadership roles, helping from the beginning to shape FC’s strategic direction. For the past six years, Dave has been the Director of International Operations for FC, which gives him responsibility for coordinating FC activities outside North America . These include assisting local ministries in the development of faculty ministries on the major universities of the world and overseeing preparation of the strategies, resources, and training Christian professors need to effectively reach out to their students and colleagues.

Beth serves in a variety of capacities, especially interacting with the FC staff in the area of their gifts and abilities and in identifying ways to maximize their effectiveness. She also writes and edits FC materials when needed.

Dave and Beth have been with Campus Crusade for Christ since 1974. They were first assigned to the International Headquarters, where Beth served in the personnel office and Dave was Director of the Executive Seminars. In 1978, they transferred to the campus ministry team at Auburn University where they worked with varsity athletes and student government leaders. It was during this time that they realized the strategic platform faculty have to reach out to their students and colleagues, and in 1981 they joined the FC team.

Dave and Beth are the parents of three sons: a mechanical engineer who lives in the San Diego area, a licensed massage therapy instructor who lives in the Dallas area, and a varsity soccer player at the University of Tulsa .
