In 2000, Daryl and Ceil joined the staff of Faculty Commons to work on the Strategic Resources Team. Daryl’s specialty is helping design new technology systems and promoting new ways of using existing technology for ministry. Among other FC duties, Ceil provides leadership for the women on the Strategic Resources team.

Daryl and Ceil became Campus Crusade staff members in 1979 and have served in a number of different ministry roles. These include working in campus ministry at Michigan Tech, singing and playing inSanta Fe , a traveling music group, and serving as Scheduling Coordinator (Ceil) and Director of Operations (Daryl) at Josh McDowell's ministry.

Residents of Dallas , Texas since 1984, Daryl and Ceil are parents of three daughters—two teenagers and one seven-year-old. In between driving their kids to all of their various activities, they enjoy playing music together in their "spare time," and both serve on the worship team at their local church.
